At Darushka, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because each item is made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns except in cases where:
The item arrived damaged, or
You received the wrong item.
To Request a Refund:
If your order meets the conditions above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cs@darushka.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing (please review product details carefully before ordering).
Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund due to damage.
